customers who wanted a better bag with a reasonable price. We have
thousands of satisfied customers. Our craftsmen are motorcycle riders,
they know just what makes a great pair of Saddlebags.

RETURN POLICY

At Custom Classic Saddlebags, LLC, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you ever have a problem with something you bought from us, we will make it right guaranteed. If the saddlebags won’t fit your bike properly and we are unable to rectify the situation we will refund your money minus the shipping fees.

You must request a refund within the first 30 days after receiving items.

Returns must be sent back in the original condition that you received them in from us. The item must be new and in unused condition. If you have made a special order, we can not issue a refund. Painting, or any type of modification from the original item is considered a custom order. If the saddlebags have been drilled, there will be no refund or exchanges so make sure the bags fit before you drill them.

Shipping is non-refundable.

If you just dont like the bags and want to return them there is a restocking fee of 15% and it will be deducted from your credit. Exchanges will not have a restocking fee.
